2. Data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Type of inquiry
  • Message content

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking technologies on this website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31(1) Swiss FADP).

4. Data sharing

To deliver emails, we use Twilio SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA). Twilio processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU/Swiss adequacy. No other third parties receive your data.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, typically no longer than 12 months after last communication. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA). Server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) may be collected automatically for security and performance purposes. These are processed under Vercel's data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority
